IMPORTANT NOTICE

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MUST REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, INCLUDING THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW, BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM.

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE GOVERN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO AND USE OF THE SUCCESS AI HUB CORP. PLATFORM AND SERVICES. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. CAPITALIZED TERMS HAVE THE DEFINITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR ACCESSING OR USING ANY OF THE PLATFORM AND/OR SERVICES, YOU

REPRESENT THAT:

YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH SUCCESS AI HUB CORP.THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THE PLATFORM/SERVICES IS TRUE, ACCURATE, AND COMPLETE.

YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF THE BUSINESS ENTITY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE USER AND TO BIND THAT BUSINESS ENTITY TO THE AGREEMENT.

CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE PLATFORM MAY BE SUBJECT TO "OPEN SOURCE" OR "FREE SOFTWARE LICENSES." SUCH COMPONENTS WILL BE GOVERNED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE TERMS OF USE AND NOT BY THESE TERMS.

ONCE ACCEPTED, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, IN COMBINATION WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY, DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT, AND AFFILIATE AGREEMENT (WHEREVER APPLICABLE), BECOME A BINDING LEGAL COMMITMENT BETWEEN YOU (OR THE BUSINESS ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT) AND SUCCESS AI HUB CORP. AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, BUSINESS AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "SUCCESS AI HUB," "WE," OR "US") AND WILL GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ALL OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH SUCCESS AI HUB RELATED TO THE PLATFORM.

Success AI Hub Corp. reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the updated Terms.

Success AI Hub is only providing the Platform for your business use without any promise of exclusivity. Success AI Hub’s customers, users, entrepreneurs, affiliate marketers, experts, and partners are not employees, contractors, or representatives of Success AI Hub. Success AI Hub is not responsible for any interactions between you and your customers, other than providing access to the Platform. Success AI Hub is in no way liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from your relationship with your customers, including their reliance upon any information or content you provide. You agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for implementing your own terms of service to govern the relationship between you and your customers.You should consult a lawyer for legal advice to ensure your use of the Platform complies with these Terms and applicable law.

1. Use of Platform

1.1. Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

You may not use the Platform if you are an employee, partner, or director of a competitor or intend to gain access to the Platform to compete with it.

1.2 Platform Account Ownership

Your use of the Platform is conditioned on providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering for an account.

If acting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

In case of ownership disputes over an account, Success AI Hub reserves the right to determine ownership based on relevant business documentation.

1.3 Intended Use

You and your customers may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must comply with all applicable laws, licenses, permissions, and regulatory requirements.

1.4 Compliance

You are solely responsible for your compliance with laws, including but not limited to HIPAA, PCI, and other data privacy laws

1.5 Privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to our use and disclosure of your data per our Privacy Policy.

You must implement and enforce your own Privacy Policy when granting access to the Platform to your customers.

1.6 Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.

1.7 Use of Communication Services

The Platform may include communication features (e.g., SMS, email, voice calls), and you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act).

1.8 Third-Party Services

If you integrate third-party services into the Platform, you assume full responsibility for such integrations.

Success AI Hub is not responsible for outages, malfunctions, or issues related to third-party services.

1.9 International Use

You must comply with all economic sanctions and export control laws when using the Platform.

1.10 Artificial Intelligence Acceptable Use Policy

You must comply with all legal, ethical, and industry standards when using AI features within the Platform.AI-generated content must not violate any laws or ethical guidelines.

2. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by Success AI Hub or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

User contributions are non-confidential and grant Success AI Hub a license to use such contributions.

3. Payment and Fees

Fees for services are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Any past-due payments may result in account suspension or termination.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and regulatory fees.

4. Termination

Success AI Hub may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.You may cancel your subscription, but no refunds will be issued for unused services.

5. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class action lawsuits are waived under this agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Success AI Hub is not responsible for any loss, damages, or disruptions caused by the use of the Platform.

Success AI Hub makes no warranties about the Platform’s performance, security, or uninterrupted service.

By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.
